What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is one pieces/set. Small trial orders are also acceptable with different unit prices.

We are a professional manufacturer with our own factory and production lines.

We have been engaged in this product industry for fifteen years, with rich production experience.
How many staffs do you have in your factory?
The factory currently employs approximately 80 staff members, covering teams for production, R&D, sales, administration and other functions.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in No. 1 Planned Secondary Road, Daqiuzhuang Town, Jinghai District, Tianjin City, P.R.China, welcome to visit us anytime.
How long has your company been established?
Our head office has been established for more than ten years， and has developed steadily ever since.
What is your annual sales volume?
We achieve an annual sales volume of more than 2 million tons of steel products.
How many production lines do you have?
We have twenty production lines to guarantee stable delivery capacity.

How far is your factory from the city hotel?
It takes about ten minutes by car from hotels to our factory.
How far is your factory from the airport?
It is around 60 kilometers from the airport, about one hour's drive.
Do you have any real project pictures of the equipment?
Yes, we have plenty of on-site project photos and videos. I can send them to you right away.
Will you will attend the fair to show your products?
Yes, we regularly attend domestic and overseas exhibitions. We will inform you in advance before each show.

What are your main products?
We supply welded steel pipes, square & rectangular hollow sections, hot-dip galvanized steel products, steel strips, steel billets, hot rolled coils and angle bars for infrastructure construction.
What is the application scope of your products?
Our products are widely used in the construction of roads, bridges, expressways, high-speed railways, high-rise curtain walls, various guardrails, all types of gas and oil pipelines, airports and other projects.

Do you accept customized products?
We accept customized products, and we need to discuss the specific details further.

How long is your delivery time?
Delivery times differ based on specific requirements. We can ship out goods within 1 day at the earliest, and we’ll process your order as efficiently as possible.
How do you pack and deliver the products?
Packaging and transportation solutions vary by grade depending on product specifications and quantities, with corresponding price differences. Please contact us for a customized proposal.
Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
Yes, you can send goods from other suppliers to our factory, and we can load all goods together.
Can you send your equipment to my warehouse in guangzhou?
Sure, we can deliver goods to your designated warehouse in Guangzhou.
Can we combine several orders for one shipment?
Orders can be combined to save logistics cost. All orders need to follow the unified delivery schedule.
When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?
Our Spring Festival holiday is normally from Lunar Dec 23 to Lunar Jan 7. Our on-duty colleagues are available for consultation during the holiday.

Can you send me a quotation?
Certainly. Please tell me your order quantity and destination port, I will make a formal quotation for you soon.
Can you give me some discount?
We can offer favorable discounts based on your order quantity. The larger the order, the better the price.
Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
Standard samples are free, while customers need to bear the freight. Custom samples will charge sample fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our acceptable payment methods include T/T and L/C. We start production after receiving full payment or 30% deposit, and full balance must be paid before shipment. Payment terms can be negotiated in detail.
Is prepayment acceptable? (20%/30%)
Yes, we accept 20% or 30% deposit as prepayment.
Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?
Sorry, we cannot help to pay for other suppliers for fund safety reasons.

How can I to be your agent in my country?
Welcome to be our exclusive agent. Please contact us for detailed agency policy, price and sales target.
Can I return goods unconditionally?
Unconditional return is not supported for non-quality problems. For our production defects, we can resupply goods or give a discount. Return fees caused by poor sales shall be borne by the buyer.
