Galvanized Steel Strand combines the tensile strength of high-carbon steel wire with the corrosion protection of hot-dip galvanizing. Rongheng supplies 1×7, 1×19, and 1×37 constructions in different diameters and strength grades for overhead power lines, communication cables, photovoltaic grounding, slope protection, bridge tensioning, greenhouse bracing, and structural fixing. Standard coils and custom lengths are available, with thicker zinc coatings for coastal and other high-corrosion environments.
Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Wire is produced from Q195 or Q235 low-carbon steel and coated by hot-dip galvanizing after wire drawing. It is used for fencing, wire mesh, photovoltaic grounding, agricultural structures and binding. Rongheng supplies different diameters, tensile strengths and coil weights for various outdoor and downstream applications.
Black Annealed Steel Wire is processed from Q195 or Q235 low-carbon steel through cold drawing and high-temperature annealing, giving it a soft, flexible structure for bending and tying. Commonly used for rebar tying, nail making, cargo bundling and simple wire mesh. Diameters from 0.5–6.0 mm are available, with custom coil weights, cutting and repacking.
Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Flat Bar is made from Q235B or Q355B hot-rolled steel and galvanized on all four sides after forming. It combines stable electrical conductivity, good tensile strength and outdoor corrosion protection, making it suitable for grounding systems, solar projects, steel connections, curtain walls, guardrails, equipment bases and rack components.
Made by rolling heated steel billets into solid rectangular sections, Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Bar is a basic material for fabrication, structural connections and machinery parts. Q235B and Q355B cover common and higher-load applications, with widths of 12–200 mm, thicknesses of 3–60 mm, and 6 m, 9 m or 12 m standard lengths. The untreated black surface can be painted, galvanized or powder coated after fabrication.
For outdoor steel structures, the problem with ordinary black channel steel is rarely its initial strength. The bigger issue is what happens after months or years of rain, condensation and salt exposure. Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Channel uses Q235B or Q355B hot-rolled channel steel as the base and applies an overall hot-dip zinc coating to the completed section, including the outer faces, inner groove, edges and ends. The result is a load-bearing steel section that can be used directly in exposed structures with less field coating and maintenance work.
